Ten months is very young for a dog to be having puppies be sure you do have regular check ups with your vet to ensure the safety of your dog and her puppies. It is a good idea to give her puppy food while she is pregnant especially since she is still so young and also it would be a good idea to give her prenatal pills. She will not like them and they could make her sick but it is normal for prenatal pills to make mothers a bit nauseous. You can continue to give them to her all through out her pregnancy and until she weans her pups to ensure her stays healthy. You may also want to feed her puppy all through out too. I strongly advise regular vet visits for both the mom and the puppies once they come to ensure they are completely healthy without complications so if there are some complications you will be prepared. Be sure to ask the vet what to do in case of an emergency during the time the mom carries her pups which would be for 9 weeks or 59-72 days.

It is my understanding that 10 months old is very young for a pup to be pregnant.  She is more susceptible to complications throughout her pregnancy and during delivery.  You will want to regularly follow up with your vet to make sure she has the safest pregnancy possible.
