This may be normal. I would have her examined by a veterinarian to make sure this yellow discharge is normal and not pus. Puppies can get puppy vaginitis that leads to white to straw colored to yellow vaginal discharge. I have also seen foreign bodies in the vulva or vagina lead to infection. A vaginal cytology can quickly clear up your worries. This will tell us if infection, inflammation or heat is present.
