In some cases it could be a hormone imbalance causing this which could later cause problems during the pregnancy such as problems lactating or problems with contractioins while giving birth. You should get her checked by a vet who can probbly give you something to help somewhat balance her hormones to create a regular cycle. Hope she does well :)
