My female Doberman puppy had this. If I remember correctly it was some sort of vaginitis or yeast infection. It was not serious and cleared up after I had her spayed.

Probably a yeast infection. Should get better on it's own but if it doesn't in a week or so may need antibiotics. Until then try to keep it clean, use baby wipes or something like that.
