This is serious. May be distemper and should be seen by a vet asap. Your pup could die if not treated quickly.

You need to get your dog to the vet ASAP!!!! Make sure you try to encourage drinking. He might have a little stomach upset or a bug. Call up your vet and ask them what to do. HURRY!!!!
I'm sorry. You need to take your pup to the vet now. It may be a severe parasite infestation or a bacterial infection or something but those are also signs of parvo. If your pup get's help soon enough your vet can prescribe Tamiflu which seems to help a lot but not later into the progression. Those are pretty much universal signs that they need help asap whatever the problem.
