Have your dog examined by a veterinarian immediately! There are many things that can cause these signs--like toxins, trauma, and infection. Secondary things like dehydration, hypoglycemia can make things worse. Your veterinarian will help make a diagnosis and start treatment. In the very least your dog needs supportive care--IV fluids to combat dehydration and medications to treat diarrhea.
