You need to take your dog to the vet immediately. A very common disease with these side effects is parvo, which is fatal. It will cost a lot of time and money to try and save your dog, and sometimes even then it cannot be done. And if it is not parvo (which I hope it isn't) loss of appetite is never a good sign in a dog.
