You need to see your vet as soon as possible. When those signs occur together it is generally considered an emergency situation. Those are universal signs that something is very wrong and your baby needs to see their doctor as soon as possible. The cause could be tons of things and there's no way to narrow it down without examination and discussion. Could be toxicity, bacterial, viral(parvo) or other infection, internal blockage, even diabetes or a liver or kidney problem or tons of other things.
