If he hasn't seen a vet. Yet, you need to do this. Take him to the vet. Make sure he is o.k., and has all the shots and preventive measures that he needs to put him on the right track. It sounds like worms, but you must be careful with pups, and medication. That is why you need a vets advice. Make sure he is on the right track for life.

All dogs are born with worms in there stomach, your puppy needs to be de wormed. Take it to the vet. They can do it for you its not that expensive

Take the puppy to the vet to be on the safe side. I used to work for a vet and it could either be gas, or the puppy could possibly have worms.

This to me would be an indication of worms. Need to take the pup to the vet and have treated asap.

My puppy is 8 weeks old. When we brought her home she seemed very skinny...after she scarfed down all of her food she began throwing up and her belly became swollen...we immediately took her to the vet and sure enough they said she had worms so she was dewormed and given her 8 week shots....although her belly is still pretty swollen she is eating better and the vomiting is gone.

It simply sounds like you pup has the beginning of worms, as all puppies are born with worms due to the mommy eating the puppies poo and then cleaning them and nursing them.

Keep the puppy on schedule with her deworming and she'll be as good as new in no time.
