My cat nina has an open sore behind her ear, I tried polysporin, it dries up then gets itchy, then her mother my cat nikita tries to clean it for her and it dries up again then it starts over again is there something I can buy to put on it

Have you tried cleaning sore with peroxide to clean it don't let the cat scratch and after a few day if it look worse take the cat to a vt. Same thing happened to my cat and does the cat have flea collar and have you checked for mitts
