I would take him to the vet asap. He is going to get dehydrated with throwing up and diarrhea. Could have an intestinal flu/virus. Could be parvo...which is terrible and needs treatment NOW! Much sounds to me as if it is parvo. Only the vet can tell you. I am just giving you what I have seen being I have had dogs horses and cats all my life. Good luck to you and your pup. I know how important they are as if they are a part of the family.

Thanks. I had planned to call them as soon as they open. What is parvo?

He may have an obstruction or something. The thing is, if the vomiting and diarrhea continue, he is in danger of dehydration. I think that if this continues through today, you had better take him to the vet. Monitor his water intake, that is the crucial thing here. If he is not getting water, then he will get real sick and possibly die.

He might be sick from the change in weather! Try mixing the dog food with a little bit of water...or trying mixing the food with an egg!

I normally mix his dry food w/ 1/2 can of pedigree. And then 1/2 can water. I checked for news stories regarding contaminated dog food but didn't see any. He is so upset with himself for vomiting in the house but he only goes outside with a family member. He's never left unattended. He is a 100lb chocolate lab. He's the hunting breed (tall not stalky). This is a perfect weight for his body type (per vet).
