We all have days when we don't feel well for one reason or another.. It's probably nothing to worry about, but if it lasts for more than a few days, or if he seems to be in pain, you need to go back and have is WBC rechecked. If it's still high after two weeks, then you and the vet need to figure out why.

I strongly suggest you to have some baseline tests of your dog as soon as possible. Lethargy cannot be symptomatically treated as it can be a result of a lot of different physical ailments suffered by dogs. Have a urinalysis, fecal examination and biochemical profile of your dog as soon as possible. Avoid bulk feeding and a piece of garlic masked with palatable food items. As far as the stomach ache is concerned, it has been due to the grass. Right now you need to observe your dog, check if he is vomiting or has diarrhea. If not then the stomach ache will hopefully fade away in a day's time. If the condition worsens and he starts getting diarrhea then you must stop his normal intake of food and switch to fluids, then shift to normal food slowly.

My dog seems very grumpy all of a sudden, is lethargic, eating grass, and he is not eating his food at all! This is very unusual because he is a year old beagle. Does he have a stomach ache or is it something else?
