Get your dog to the vet ASAP! My puppy and my mother-in-law's dog came down with those symptoms this past november. It turned out they got into the trash and got terribly sick. We waited too long before taking them to the vet and my mother-in-law's dog sadly died. I don't mean to scare you, but at least seeing a vet is better than losing your pet!
