Just got back from emergency. I had to leave my dog there for possible bloat but more likely GDI. Test and antibiotics, hydrate dog and give dog pain reliever. The dog was in pain that's why he couldn't get comfortable and was taking that prayer position as not to put any weight on his stomach. Took my dog to regular vet today where they are running test, cause he is still not better. Prayers please.
