Sounds to me like it's either a kitten still in it's birth-sack
(she is in labor) or, worse, a herniated or strangulated
intestine (if she's not)... Which translates into
'get your cat to a vet ASAP!'

Agreed. Sounds like maybe a prolapse of something like uterus or rectum. Your baby sounds like she needs a vet now.
