I don't know how long but a puppy stuck in the canal is considered a problem. There can be a lot of reason's and factor's. Did you do prenatal ultrasound or x-ray's and was your vet concerned about difficulties at that time or is it a breed that is generally or often c-section? Your best course of action is to call your vet immediately so they can ask some question's and get more detail so you can try to avoid losing her and any pup's left in there if necessary. Tons of luck to you guys and I hope she's okay.
