My puppy has a red bump hanging from the anus what could it be?

I recommend you take puppy to the vet as there are several things it could be.  Infected anal glands, hemorrhoids, or a prolapsed rectum.    Or something completely harmless!
BUT take him/her to the vet today just in case.
