My 12 week old shih tzu..keeps pooping on the floor..its kinda weird because she pee on the training mat but sometime poop on the pad and sometimes poop on the floor why is that???how do I train her to poop on the pad

Take him for a walk so he could be out side and he could be able to poop out side or unless you keep him in and you want him to poop inside
Well you could somehow train him to go outside when he poops! Like when you see he/she about to do there duty bring he/she outside and keep doing that till' the pup knows were they're supposed to do there pooping!
What I would do is get some puppy training mats and put them were the puppy is pooing it should work (training mats from argos)
Make sure he /she poop before going inside.

Duct tape always works for me while I am at work. It is like a volcano when you take the dog outside when you get home though.
