My dog (Shit-zu X Maltese 13 Years Old) appears to have diarrhea and we have just witnessed some pale red blood leaking from his anus. He is already on a bland diet of boiled chicken, rice and vegetables. What could it be?
Your dog needs to be examined by a veterinarian. Diarrhea can be mild and self-limiting but once it has blood home remedies are usually ineffective. If this is a puppy or young adult dogs that has not been vaccinated seek veterinary attention immediately as this may be parvo virus.
At home remedies include feeding a bland diet--boiled chicken and boiled rice--for several days. You can also try canned pumpkin or plain yogurt.

Go to a vet and get some synalux 500s, their pink tablets which after a few will help your dog's illnesses...you would also need to think about changing your dogs diet
Take it to the vet of course
