The correct dose of pyrantel is 1 milliliter per pound of body weight.  If she is 2 pounds give her 0.2 milliliters by mouth.
I would have a fecal sample examined by a veterinarian to determine the type of worms your puppy has.  Dual infections can occur.  Pyrantel treats roundworms, hookworms, and the stomach worm.

You can't give an amount of a drug without knowing how much of the drug is in that amount. There are different concentrations of pyrantel pamoate, so 1 milliliter could be way too much or too little depending on the dose. Also, 23.6 g Net is not the same as 23.6 g of the drug if you were to read an Exodus syringe. The actual dose is 3.6 g.

The dosage is depending on the concentration of your pyrantel pamoate. However most liquid dewormers are given
5ml or(5cc) per every 10 pounds of body weight.

1ml = 1 cc

hope this helps

Proper dosage of pyrentel for dogs is actually 5 ml per 10# of body weight. So to give your puppy the proper dosage, you would give him 1ml ( or 1cc).
