There is no reason to buy a dog outside of the country and there are many scamming people and thousand of complaints mostly from CAMEROON and Nigeria. They are everywhere. They are also trying to scam the breeder's in other ways. They ALSO steal their information from their adds and websites. Including names and picks and make a free email similar to their kennel name. One lady in particular was looking for a new pup and was sent a picture of her very own dog from when it was a puppy A YEAR ago (Bulldog). That was kinda funny because what are the odds. Sad story, puppy for free or very cheap. If they found you through a want add it will be whatever you wanted otherwise they place adds for high dollar animals like yorkies, and maltese, and bulldogs and such (suckering people who want something expensive for free or truly wanting to rescue)very cheap or free. For bird people it's like a hyacinth. Cat's too. Sometimes it's someone who has an add and says, oh, sorry I sold them all but my friend (maybe reverend) had to go out of the country for work, mission whatever and needs a good home. Puts you in contact. Emails are pretty uniform. You get this awesome puppy and they just want a good home and comes with food sample, paperwork, health check, usually a video. They try to sound concerned over where the puppy is going and they just want a good home. And then something goes wrong with the shipping (they ARE the shipping company) and they need money. Or it's insurance. Or it's shots. Or it's vet care. Or it's a special shipping crate and tons of other things. And they keep doing it until the other person figures it out and stops sending money.
