Puppies under 6 months should be fed 3 times daily, over 6 months they can be fed twice daily. It is a good idea to use the same regime and food type as what the breeder or pet store was using. Over a period of 7 days you can gradually switch over to your preferred feed and regime. This avoids intestinal upset and stress for your pup.
