We cannot diagnose your dog over the Internet! There could be many things causing the sores and the only one who can tell you exactly what the problem is and how to treat it is a vet. I'm sure these sores are very uncomfortable and painful for your dog and probably affect him eating his food, so the sooner you take him to the vet, the sooner you can get rid of the sores!
