Yes a big dog can get a little dog pregnant but a lot of times you need to terminate the pregnancy. It can kill the mother dog trying to have such big puppies. If your little dog has gotten pregnant by a big dog I would take her to the vet and they can do a xray and let you know if she should be able to have the puppies are not.
