My Female Dog Was Spayed But My Male Is Acting Like She Has Not Been,any Ideas?

It's not necessarily normal or abnormal. Has she just recently been spayed?

It could be that there is another female in your area that is in heat. The scent of a female being in heat can travel for a few miles. He could be confused and acting out on instinct to the nearest female he has contact with (your female).

Or he could be trying to mount her as a way of asserting his dominance over her and not breeding related at all.
