All animals shed, even 'hypo-allergic' breeds like poodles and bichon frise, they just mat their hair up instead of it falling off loose like other breeds, but it will still fall off in mats if left un groomed. Brush her more often and it will keep the loose hair to a minimum. You can also bathe her more often. You can take her to a groomer and let them shave her if it's really an issue, but you should have considered dog hair as a consequence of dog ownership before you got her.
