Shaking in dogs is usually associated with pain and discomfort. Vaccine can cause pain and inflammation at the injection site leading to shaking. This can occur within 24 hours of the injecting vaccine. Your dog will be fine soon if he is not having shortness of breath. Vaccines can cause serious allergic reactions. If signs like hives, shortness of breath, fainting etc appear then take him to vet.
