Dogs can shake from pain, discomfort, cold, fear, anxiety, or neurological problems.  If the shaking continues for more than 8-12 hours, your dog starts showing any other clinical signs like vomiting, anorexia, lethargy, or diarrhea have the dog examined by a veterinarian.

My dog used to do that when he has diarrhea.
Does your dog like avoid staying away from you and
give you sad looks. If so then take it outside to
use the bathroom ,if thats not the case the dog
could be uncomfortable or sick. Take it
to the Veterinarian if any weird signs take place
or if your worried :)
