First, you get a tissue then you carefully grab the piece that is sticking out of her butt and pull gently. It should come out easily and your dog will probably look at you kinda funny. Don't pull hard or fast as you could do damage to the dog's insides. If you can't do this, it should come out on it's own the next time Fido goes Boom-Boom. If not, I would suggest you go to your vet and put the easter grass somewhere where Fido can't get into it.
