It is generally accepted that after 1 year, a kitten becomes a cat. This is after they have gained their eyesight, sense of smell, started moving about, begun to eat "normal" food (and not nursing), lost their baby teeth and grown new ones and do not necessarily need their mother any longer.
Since I am a veterinarian, I would say 12 months
1 year
A kitten is usually considered a "kitten" until it is one year/one and a half years of age. This is when they usually stop developing and growing.
Probably a year. But I'm just guessing!
Your cat will be able to have more kittens by 6 months. Also your cat will still be growing in size till at least a year in height and longer to fill out .If you are going to have it fixed call a vet near you because price and age they will do it will vare quite a bit.Sometime if you call a pet shelter by you they will have some name of Vets used by others.
Do I need t get my cat that I found as a stray and intend to keep as a house cat regularly given flee and worming products?
Over three years old
