Yes I agree! VET ASAP! I had a dog who started this and come to find out he was fed something supper salty and he couldn't handle it and the stuff your describing was too much for her to handle. It was building up in her belly and too much to breath threw in between the throwing up and she had passed away! The Vet may be able to give him something to help settle things down or an IV to help his body dilute whats in its system or help increase something it is now lacking for throwing up!
