You should have mentioned what actually your cat is having symptoms or problems. Dry nose has nothing to do with the health of cat. It does not indicates illness or health. You should look for following signs of illnesses in your cat and if one or more signs are present in your cat then take her to vet. Otherwise, she is normal.
