I hope you have taken your cat to the vet by now. My cat was having the same problems. She wouldn't eat or drink, her nose was dry, and she wasn't acting like her usual self. After a couple of weeks of this I took her to the vet. It turns out she has inflammatory bowel disease and fatty liver disease. Both of these are treatable as long as the treatment is aggressive and early on. I hope your kitty doesn't have what my cat is, but since she's not eating you must take her to the vet ASAP. I wish I would have taken my cat in earlier. She may not have gotten so bad, and I may have been able to save a little on the vet bill.
My Cat Won't Eat. She Is Not Responding At All To Anyone In The House. Her Nose Is Dry. What Could This Be?
Well, I hope this isn't the same for you, and I don't mean to scare you, but my cat was like this too, and unfortunately, we waited too long to take him to the vet, but it was some kidney disease. But the only way we could get him to eat(just Little, but still some food) was to mix it with water, so I would try that as soon as you can, cause your cat needs nutrients

CALL YOUR VET. IS SHE OR HE OLD? IF SO IT MAY BE DYING. WITH THE NOISE PART BEING DRY. THAT,S NOT GOOD. CALL YOUR VET. THAT,S YOUR BEST MOVE. TELL THEM HOW LONG SHE OR HE HAS BEEN LIKE THIS. I HOPE YOUR CAT FEELS BETTER. SCOBBY-DOO.
