My dog is 22 months old and weighs 5 1/2 pounds. Once and a while he will wobble when he walks. I thought at the time he was scared of the hard wood floors and left it at that. However this week he fell down twice, the second time he laid there crying. He couldn't get up or walk without wobbling from side to side. I took him to the vet and had x-rays down which showed no broken bones. Then the vet said he may have a neurological problems. He told me to give him amoxicillin and a pain killer for a few days and see if he improves. It's been four days now and I see no improvements. I don't have the financial means to see a neurologist but want to save my dog.
