Dry nose of the dogs show some illness (usually fever) except in hot and dry conditions. Other Symptoms like loss of appetite, shivering lethargic and dry heaves can be due to intestinal parasite infection. This is also accompanied by the vomiting as well. Usually salmonellosis which is intestinal infection due to bacteria can cause such symptoms. This bacteria is transferred through eating contaminated food.
But symptoms which you are mentioning can also be due to some other reasons. So, differential diagnosis is necessary before suggesting any treatment. Please visit your local vet for the diagnosis of the problem and treatment.

Shaking in dogs can be due to pain  Pain can be due to muscular and skeletal problems, disc injury, traumatic injury, damage and inflammation of the tissues, exposure to heat and cold, and due to some diseases. Infection in the ears can cause shaking of head. Fleas and skin parasites can also cause shaking or shivering in dogs. If your dog is nervous then also he/she can be lethargic, shaking and angry. Ideally, you should take you dog to vet for proper diagnosis of problem and most accurate advice.

Take your puppy for examination by a veterinarian immediately.  When puppies stop eating or drinking, start having vomiting/diarrhea, and become lethargic there are several life threatening problems that need to be ruled out.  The two most common are parvovirus and foreign body obstruction.
Regardless of the cause of your puppy's signs he needs diagnostics and treatment.  Puppies become dehydrated very quickly and this causes serious secondary complications.  Puppies are also sensitive to hypoglycemia and hypothermic.  Young pets do not have a strong or fully formed immune system and even small illnesses or colds can affect them hard than adult dogs.  Supportive care is very important in young dogs that are sick.  They can go down hill very quickly.  Please seek veterinary attention.

Did you change your dog's diet? My dog was doing that after we put him on a diet. Once he ate, the shaking went away. The loss of appetite could be due to being weak from not eating if you did change your dog's diet like we did.

It's called parvo and it's very serious.
Your dog will die in 24 hours if you don't get to a vet.
I'm 15 and my puppy is dying from it too.
