This happened to my dog too. Apparently he ate a bunch of chicken bones without our knowledge, can be lethal, and it tore the stomach lining. If he continues to throw up, has the runs, you should get him into medical care ASAP. Not sure if this applies to your dog as well.
Could your dog have an allergy to the food you're using? You might try using boiled chicken with rice, and some yogurt and see if your dog's situation improves any. Sometimes dogs have food allergies that can cause a myriad of symptoms.
