My Guinea Pig Refuses To Eat Or Drink He Even Losses Its Weight & Used To Make Teeth Grinding Sounds. Can Dandelion Cure Him?

You should get your vet to check him out - his teeth may have over grown and therefore need filing down.

My guinea pig is 2 years old, lost appetite, crunching sounds (almost as bone breaking) while chewing. Took her to a vet, had her front teeth filed, needed to be sedated for the exmination of back teeth - didn't do that. Started shredding carrots and apples, chopping lettuce and tomatoes, dipping corn flakes in water. Now eats only food provided in this way, but at least stopped losing weight. Anybody with similar experience/advice?
