Shaking and crying on touching the nose can be due to some conditions which cause pain because shaking is usually associated with pain conditions.

Pain can occur due to traumatic injury, damage and inflammation of the tissues, exposure to heat and cold, and some diseases.

Treatment of pain depends upon underlying cause. So, take your dog to vet who may go for complete physical examination and may ask for  blood & urine tests, abdominal X-rays and ultrasound.

She has had multiple examinations, her X-rays are normal, they show no sign of anything wrong. Her blood tests are normal. She has been on antibiotics for 3 weeks. When she goes to the vet, she acts normal, no point tenderness. I was wondering if anyone else has had the same problem with their dog?

Did you ever find an answer to your question? My dog is doing the same thing, but the vet can't find anything wrong with her.
