my dog sometimes turns his neck an screams in pain, gets a tighten up. Also a touch to the head does the same at times. Took to vet put him on meloxicam and tramidol. Will do exrays in a couple of weeks. Could this be caused from a bad tooth?

I would cry also if you smacked my head with a ring on your finger...possible scalp/head injury....
