My 5mo Old Shih Tzu Ate 3 Pieces Of Spearmint Gum Wrapper And Al,l What Should I Be Looking For With His Health?

Nothing dear this shih tzu will pass what ever it ate (I also have a 5mo shih tzu) she eats anything she can get her teeth into.
Although I would suggest you look out for lethargy and vomiting (more than one episode) that's when I would take him/her to see the vet.

Some types of gum contain xylitol--this is a sweetener.  This is toxic to dogs and causes hypoglycemia and at high enough doses liver problems.  If this gum does not have xylitol then my biggest concern would be for a foreign body obstruction in a dog of this size--if the gum all wadded up together. 
If you are unsure if the gum contained xylitol have him examined by a veterinarian.  If you know the contents and no xylitol is in this product feed him 1/2 a piece of whole wheat bread to bulk the diet and help pass the gum.  If he acts weak, starts vomiting, diarrhea, or stops eating have him examined by a veterinarian immediately.
