My dog is not acting himself. He is shaking and doesnt want to walk, he has also been whinning when trying to pick him up. What's wrong with him?

You should see your vet today. It sounds like he is in a lot of pain for some reason with the information given. They also have a much higher pain tolerance than we do.
It could be a problem with something like the back, the leg(s) or something in his tummy is extremely painful. Is he kind of hunching over when he is up or limping or anything? Has he been eating and drinking normally, going to the bathroom normally. Does he have a tendency to eat things he shouldn't?
Your vet will have a better idea of what the problem may be once they are able to do an exam and discuss everything with you. An exam is inexpensive and you can talk to them about everything from there depending on what the problem may be. I hope your baby is feeling better very soon.

Well he might have a broken bone!
And shaking... He's trying to be like himself but he really can't so that's it or...
His muscles are cramped
maybe you should go see a vet if you are really concerned.
