Nothing you really can do at this point. Your best option (and especially if this has to do with the whole screaming thing which she will do often if not spayed in addition to the spraying) is to have her spayed at the appropriate time after this. She’ll be healthier, live longer, and you have less risk of health problems, running away, disease from running away and socializing, and adding to the millions of kittens in the shelters and rescues.
