Hmm, try giving it a soft spray down with a tap connected hose. Like in the bath tub, or cover it with damp clothing. (I'm not an expert)

Just let nature take it's course and keep her cool with a damp cloth or towel.Her high temperature means she's still in labour and there are more puppies to be delivered.
Take the dog to the vet it may have more pups inside it
