He is older dog, and it sounds to as if he is losing control of his bodily functions. Check his eyes, are they glossy like they were when he was 11months old? Or are they looking a bit foggy? Also, check and see what his tongue and gums look like, his tongue should be moist and a light pinkish color. Gums should have some color to them as well. Hopefully he will get better, but I would call a VET tonight, it could be something very serious! I work at a vets office, and normally this isn't a good sign, I don't mean to upset you, but once a dog start to give up, its not long for them to pass. 11 yrs old in our years is much much older n a dog year, we use to think it was 7 yrs for our year, but actually its a lot more. (sorry, can't remember the exact age range ) I would make him AS comfortable as you possibly can, keep food and water CLOSE to his head, so if he tries to eat it is right there. Try some Gatorade or pedilyte. Make a bed for him close to someone that will be able to keep an eye on him. KEEP HIM WARM but not too warm, and contact an emergency Vet service, most have 1 on call, just call a local vet, and if no one is in at this time, a service will answer for you. Keep me posted if you don't mind, I hope he pulls thru!!!!!!
