You should go to your vet as soon as you can; not eating is one of the first signs to something being wrong with a dog. It may be nothing serious, but it is always better to be safe than sorry, especially with something like not eating. It could be anything from being bored of the food, to ephaving eaten something he shouldn't when your back was turned to something a bit more serious.
