You might want to check your bed. I know its gross,but that sounds like Bed Bugs. Before you go to bed, completely check your body.Then in the morning check it again.If you have bites that were not there before, you have Bed Bugs.

Most likely Deer Ticks, they tend to munch in an area for a little while until you scratch and dislodge them and they move to a new spot leaving a nasty little bump that itches for several weeks.
