Though this could be the cause of numerous different insects (for example gnats and some spiders), it is believed that the main cause of insect bites that come in the formation of three in a row are from bed bugs.

What Are The Main Symptoms?

The main symptoms of beg bug bites is the three in a row formation of bites, commonly known as breakfast, lunch and dinner. There have been cases where the bites have presented themselves on the skin as a blistery looking red rash. Bed bugs can also cause allergic and psychological issues as well as skin irritation. Diagnosis is usually established after on either finding the bed bugs or with the occurrence of compatible symptoms. Treatment of this often involves the elimination of the bugs but it is otherwise symptomatic.

Where Do Bed Bugs Come From?

Homes can be infested by the insects in a variety of different ways: They can enter the house by hitchhiking their way in on pets or clothing, they can already be present on furniture that is brought into the house, the infestation can also be spread to nearby dwellings, and wild animals such as bats or birds can also cause the issue along with people visiting that have already been infested.

So How Do You Detect Them? It can be quite hard to detect bed bugs. As a nocturnal species, they can often lodge themselves into dark crevices and eggs can be nestled in fabric seams. Aside from bite symptoms, detection signs include fecal spots, blood smears on sheets, and molts. If the symptoms persist, it is advised that you seek some form of medical assistance in order to eradicate the problem.

I have the exact same thing on my back they don't itch, or hurt, and they don't look different either. They are completely the same sizes and are three in a row. They are kind of small and you can't notice them very easily. And they turn red when I itch them. Could they be bed bugs maybe?
