It will definately turn into a "clover ear" . And there is a slight chance that it might cause blood poison. Take it to a vet and get it drained and get the cat some antibiotics for the best outcome is my advice. My cat has one now and I'm taking him tomorrow to get it drained:( I love him to much to risk putting it off.
