It could be that your dog had a stroke. Take them to a vet as soon as you can because it sounds like your dog has a serious problem.
There are many factors that can cause sideways walking with head tilt in dogs. These are ear infections, ear mites, head trauma, foreign bodies in ear, , inflammation of brain, ear drum damage and cancer etc. Your dog can show symptoms like loss of appetite, vomiting, vertigo, falling, circling and rolling etc.
Diagnosis includes complete medical history, complete physical examination, few lab tests, CT scan or MRI, and spinal tap. Treatment depends upon underlying cause. So, take your dog to vet for proper diagnosis and treatment.

It sounds like an injury that may be brain related. I think it would be prudent to take your dog to the vet to rule out any brain injury, STAT.
She could have an inner ear infection causing her to be dizzy and off balance or could be something worse, I'd get her to the vet ASAP to be properly diagnosed and treated. Best wishes.
It does indeed sound like a heat stroke, maybe a venomous snake bite. Strange is correct in saying you need an emergency vet. The best of luck, to both of you.
