You have not provided complete information about your dog like is he bleeding from one or both nostril? What other signs of illness are present? Did you examine his nose? Complete medical history and physical examination are needed to diagnose properly. Following is list of some factors that can cause nose bleeding in dogs.

This happened once to my cat.. It was nothing serious,, just an alergy to somethinget in the air and it caused the skin tobreak open I don't know. What my vet said/. But anyways id got to the vet just to be sure.. Unless you know its a cut or something like examine it. If it was atually coming from the nose nose not a cut then VET VET VET kk VET got it? VET VET

Your dog probably caught its nose on something sharp and its nose started bleeding, if not call a vet immediately.

There can be several causes for that. Could be something like injury, irritation, bacterial or fungal infection, blood clot, obstruction or nasal polyps/tumors.   Hopefully it's nothing serious but you want to double check with your vet just in case. Hope your baby is okay.
